SoundEd aims to support MUSIC EDUCATION with a focus on supporting teachers in Title I programs and creating equity, access and opportunity for all students.

Current initiatives include:

* Teacher Chats with music teachers in Title I programs, current students and recent graduates from university music programs, and diverse and interested teachers. *learn more*

* Conversations with professors about how to prepare diverse students to thrive in collegiate music programs and how universities are fostering access, opportunity and inclusion for diverse students.

* Providing a forum and/or conference for teachers in Title I music programs to gather for professional development and community. *learn more*

* Working with NAfME on local and regional efforts to build Equity, Access, Diversity and Inclusion.
