Growing Students wtih TP / GP

Using Trust Psychology and Growth Pedagogy to cultivate classrooms where success happens naturally.

Growing All Students with Trust Psychology and Growth Pedagogy

Session Description:

This intensive professional learning course equips K–12 educators with a research-driven, brain-based framework to transform classroom environments through the dual lenses of Trust Psychology and Growth Pedagogy. Grounded in the understanding that high levels of trust directly cultivate high levels of student success, participants will explore the practical intersections of classroom culture, social-emotional learning, equitable instructional delivery, and classroom management. Moving beyond theory, the session draws from prominent educational research to analyze culturally responsive practices and dismantle systemic barriers. Educators will participate in collaborative small-group sessions to design immediately applicable classroom strategies that honor student voice, foster environmental safety, and promote structural belonging. Ultimately, this workshop bridges the philosophical "why" and practical "how" of teaching, empowering educators to confidently navigate classroom challenges, eliminate academic disparities, and inspire growth in all students.
